Tokaj Vine and Wine Congress
Four days of dialogue between viticulture, oenology, sustainability and circular bioeconomy - in the heart of the Tokaj wine region.
The Congress
A meeting place for researchers, vintners, policy-makers and educators - built around the vision of integrated vine and wine science.
Tokaj Vine and Wine Congress brings together the international community working at the intersection of viticulture, oenology, sustainability and the circular bioeconomy. Over four days in Sárospatak, scientific sessions, field visits and dialogue with the Tokaj wine region will trace where the discipline is heading next.
Our focus is transdisciplinary: regenerative viticulture, advances in oenology, valorisation of by-products, vine and wine economics, the health science of polyphenols, the cultural heritage of wine, and the future of education in integrated vine and wine science.
